Can I cancel or return an order?
Because all of our products are made to order, cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours after purchase. After that, cancellations will not be accepted.
Due to the personal nature of these products, returns are not possible. That said, if something does not live up to your expectations, please contact me as soon as possible so I can rectify the issue. Disliking a smell is not adequate grounds for a return or refund, unfortunately, but please contact me so we can talk through it!
What if something arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged or broken, please take photos of the damaged items AND the original packaging as soon as possible so that I can claim it back from Royal Mail. This should happen within a week of receiving your items. I will issue a replacement order for items that are damaged within 2-3 working days via the same shipping method that was purchased the first time.
Please note that body butter will melt in warm weather and I cannot offer refunds for melted body butter, especially to countries with hot weather and/or that were left in mailboxes, etc, upon arrival. That said, a melty body butter does not ruin a body butter; check out our FAQs page for body butter care!
I didn't like it. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, unlike major brands that have a refund policy of "even if you've used 98% of it but you say you didn't like it, we'll give you your money back!" we are small and cannot offer refunds. Refunds will be given on a case-by-case basis. Please remember that all skin care and perfumes are highly subjective.
